What is the point of putting in a quarter to use the shopping cart? When I returned it today the man who is there with the shopping cart which I believe is not a Aldi employee, refused to give me back my quarter. He said that the quarter stays and gave my shopping cart to a man who said he did not have a quarter. Not going back to this Aldi.
