I thought this Aldi closed because of flooding last spring. So glad it’s open! Store was clean and orderly. So many great deals, especially loved the pasta from Italy. Meat selection is great, even deli and frozen food. Got a large shrimp cocktail platter for $5. Saw a lot of college kids shopping, too. Will be back. Lots of parking nearby, too. Bring your tote bags and/or cardboard boxes and a quarter for the cart.
Reopening fail. Store is nice and clean, but they decided to reopen without self check outs. Poor decision on their part. This store is a high traffic location. You cannot expect consumer happiness when you have 1 cashier and a line backed up to the cold case. Over 15 mins in line for a 8 - 10 item checkout. Cashier was plesant but the fact Aldi corporate thought "oh sure let's remove 10 registers but only staff 1 cashier was OK" is a problem. Won't be back to this location.
