I love Aldi and the deals I find, but I think I'm going to have to say goodbye to this location. Employees are rude and seem bothered by their job. Had a past experience where I asked an associate for assistance with the eggs- the rack was empty but there was a full one behind it. She was in the same aisle just a few feet away from the cooler door- and was told I needed to find someone else because she was only doing online orders. Ok. Good price, selection, staff was friendly.
Please slow down when checking people out. I understand you want to get the line down and people out in a certain amount of time but having a flustered cashier bossing you around is horrible customer service. I know she was just trying to get the line down but we all need to slow down a little.
store is happy to allow people to beg for you to purchase their groceries but god help you if you drop your spouse next to the building, this earns you a prompt yelling at by the cashier. Next time just be nice and not come out acting like you’re going to beat on my car
