No self checkout and not many there to help.
I usually get nice people but today I got attitude from a lady named Patricia. I asked her if she was open she said no not on that lane and she said over there on 4 other lanes I took a guess on one and she’s not no number 2 with an attitude. She should have been clear on which one. No need for attitude, I’m just trying to pay for my family’s food. She needs training on customer service. Aldi is too good to have her working with that attitude. Felt like I was at Walmart.
