I shop at Aldi for the great prices. The store grades the cashiers on how fast they ring up your order. Some of them toss items in the cart with little regard to bruising your fruit or produce. Today I asked the cashier to slow down and be careful. My request fell on deaf ears.
I am absolutely appalled by the female cashier with the shaved head. She was extremely rude to me and threw my groceries into my cart. She was loudly berating me infront of other customers who appeared very uncomfortable with her behavior as well. I won’t go into all of the details, but it left me in tears. I am hoping the manager sees this because it is absolutely not OK. It appears that somebody else had a very similar experience with the same cashier and posted a review recently as well. I came into the store to do some brief shopping yesterday and was shocked at how a cashier treated a customer (The lady with the shaved head). The cashier accidently rang up the groceries incorrectly because there wasn't a divider between the items and started yelling at the customer. She kept cutting her off mid sentence each time she tried to explain that she didn't see a divider to seperate the food.
