Two times now I have ordered curbside through the aldi app. The first time they forgot my entire frozen section of products I bought plus the bananas, now they forgot just the bananas yet again but I got charged for them like I was charged for everything last time. So that’s cool.

11/1/25 i placed and instacart order. I pulled up and parked as a curbside employee was walking back inside the side door to aldis. I checked in and waited about 10 minutes. I got a message saying there was no runner and to go inside and pickup my order, that was fine. I went inside and walked up to an employee to ask how to get my order. They said to go back to curbside and they would send someone out. Who they sent out, i believe her name was Rachel, was unbelievably RUDE and unprofessional.
