I have been told that you are not approved even if you are disabled and elderly they don’t want you in. They give excuses for it and then you ask them to give you the paperwork for the reason you are denied and they don’t want to send you a paper so you can file it with the equal right comisión! Thought you could appeal a decision if it was wrong. But hear they don’t let you and the person you send the evidence only says that she only does what her boss tells her to do. Nothing but chaos and favoring indivuduals!!! I dont see anything equal about the place!! Definitely not the place I would look into to stay at!! The management before was a joke but minded his business...management now is picky and choosie!! I do know that at one point there wasn't any problems with one of the "tenants " and then all of a sudden there's a major problem!! Management's in turmoil, since last Fall. Property & Tenants are DOING WITHOUT. Cars are being striped of parts, items have been Stolen from laundry room & we shouldn't have use such a Dirty, nasty place to wash clothes. Just shameful.
