I have been dealing with Alderwood Jewellery for over 30 years, going as far back as the original owner when the store was located across the street from where they are now. Since Debbie purchased the business, she has been the person I’ve dealt with. From getting a battery for a watch, any kind of repairs, to purchasing jewellery for an event & more. Had a ring resized, very reasonable pricing.
I took 4 pieces of jewelry to be repaired. The owner was lovely, she is so knowledgeable and talked me through the repairs. The repairs were done in a timely manner and the results were great. My jewelery was repaired to exactly what the owner stated. I will definitely bring all my jewelery repairs to Alderwood Jewellery
This woman will FLEECE you given the opportunity. My husband took my mother's earrings in for repair. When I went to pick them up, I found the $80 fee to be high, only to find out when I came home she quoted him $50. Clearly just saw an opportunity to scam an extra $ out of me. Don't trust her and get your quote in writing.
I walked in today to see if they would take any old jewelry that I have because it says that they do take jewelry. So why when I walk in I get yelled at that you don’t take jewelry and I should get out and wouldn’t even look at it. I hope you guys go out of business soon because I will recommend everyone not to buy anything from here from the horrible customer service experience. I recommend that woman takes a class in how to speak to people.
