I recently came in for a scan and was given a CD of the scan to give to my regular dentist. Day of my appointment I realized I had broken the CD and needed a replacement immediately. I called and they were so nice and got me a replacement immediately. Thank you guys!
The guy's name was Jason, and he was worse than Dr. Wu. Don’t go there if you have a cracked tooth. Me and my boyfriend we went to fix his teeth and the first reason was that they said they cannot fix it because of his high blood pressure. Lol how come they didn't just say that they don't know how to fix it? Cause we went to his doctor and it shows that his high blood pressure is normal. I've had several good experiences with Dr. Wu at Alderwood Endodontics. Unfortunately, I have bad teeth so I've needed 3 root canal treatments with them over the past few years. I was super nervous the first time, so Dr. Wu and the whole staff really went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable. They have been just as great on the other two times since then.
