Was there for procedure and a another time for before that to get checked out. When I came in both times I was told 100% covered and was even told over the phone before first visit. I ended up getting a bill, the officer manager told me when I called 100% covered does not mean it is covered 100% what kind of nonsense is that. This place is total liars, I've never heard 100% does not mean a 100%.

I was referred to Alderwood Endodontics by my dentist. I was unable to make my appointment due to my inability to pay, but I was able to pay on a later date. I kindly requested to move my appointment to the following day or week, whenever was next available. The receptionist had a terrible attitude and told me she would NOT reschedule my appointment and that I must keep the current one. Prompt, got me in for a root canal the same day. I was very nervous and they were very kind. Local anesthesia worked well. Allin all a good experience

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Wu. She explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire treatment. I was nervous about my root canal retreat, but it ended up being much easier than I expected. Everyone in the office was kind, welcoming, and efficient. I’m very grateful for the excellent care and highly recommend Dr. Wu and her team.
