TERRIBLE Alderwood Apartments is a terrible, over priced place to live. The owner is a slumlord that will squeeze every cent he can out of you. Our issues started before we moved when we specifically asked if we were allowed to have a BBQ on our balcony. The onsite manager told us she was unsure so we asked her to ask the owner. She came back a few weeks later saying, âÂÂyes the owner allows BBQâÂÂs on the balcony.â So we paid the holding deposit and thought we were set.
