I moved to Aldershot 2 years ago and every time I have had to visit Aldershot Village Medical Centre, I get fast and friendly service and I find Dr Bouls thorough and knowledgeable.
Absolutely terrible. I waited 80 minutes for a requisition. The conversation with the doctor was literally 2 minutes. All she did was come and press print for the paper. Absolutely pathetic that I had to wait 80 minutes for a 2 minutes convo. The Ontario healthcare system is so broken.
Dr. Mays Alkhalili and the whole Reception team are amazing. They are all so kind, caring and professional. Thank you all. I highly recommend this clinic. 👏👏
Customer Service is not a thing here. The women (they don’t even deserve the term ladies) would leave you there waiting and get a chocolate and gossip with their friends, before they assist you. Horrible people, the doctors needs to get new staff. And they have the nerve to have a sign that says “no verbal abuse”, when their staff treats people that way. DISGUSTED.
I can’t even speak to anybody at reception. When I finally do days later they catch an attitude and then I get told by my doctor “don’t speak to our staff like that” I’m pregnant and stressed. I’ve gotten more help at my fertility clinic and hospital than this clinic. Anytime I call to speak to a representative they take literally all day to respond. Take over a week to answer emails. I can’t get no documents signed by this practice because they’re u professional. Doctors back up their receptionists bs. They just do not care
