Have respect for patients. Having other meetings during schedule appointments is not acceptable. Better planning is needed. In general the Clinic is good - the doctors and staff
Went in here as I was under the impression it was a walk in clinic. The receptionist was by far the rudest person I have ever encounter in any medical setting. Told me I had to see my family doctor to confirm a pregnancy as there is " alot of testing" I said just to confirm ? She replied "yup" while walking away from me. Extremely, Extremely unprofessional.
The staff are so considerate and empathetic to sick people being apprehensive. Amazing care and people
Do yourself a favour, don’t attend this clinic, especially with Dr Mays. She never refills prescriptions, no matter how many faxes are sent. She cancels appointments consistently, especially last minute. Absolute garbage doctor, save yourself the headache.
Very helpful! In addition to clear guidance for a new medication, they addressed a glitch with insurance. Thank you!
