I had an amazing experience at Aldershot Audiology. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist was friendly, welcoming, and super easy to work with. Booking my appointment was simple and they were very accommodating with my schedule. Dr. Shanni Philp took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and gave me advice that actually made sense for my lifestyle. Great experience, she fixed my grandmothers hearing and we were very pleased with the service.
My previous audiologist moved away and so I went to Aldershot Audiologist on her recommendation for for repair for a loose wire to ear piece repair. She said it would probably be free since that was what she would do. The receptionist repaired it quickly and well and then charged me $75. I received a full explaination that I was charged only for the cost of the replacement part since I had bought it elsewhere and it was not still under warranty. I was not charged for the labour As I noted it was done quickly and well. I feel... read more
