The only good thing about living in this apartment house for three years is I had low rent and a roof over my head. Well, the people who lived there were very nice, except for few exceptions. Current Management may be better but for the most part, you are treated unfairly, with no dignity or respect. One of the (many) managers that was working there didn't even deposit my rent checks for three months, so I was given a notice to vacate. The people in the office think your on their time. I came to Kentucky to complete my full application and got a call the day of the appointment. This is very inconvenient and unprofessional. I’ve heard so many things about this company. I have family who rent from this company, don’t.
THEY DO NOT PAY THEIR BILLS !!
