Thermostat installed smoothly, works great.
cooler, more efficient service. Now (475)
Fixed HVAC problem efficiently.
I was sceptical, given my previous experiences, but the technician was able to locate a worn capacitor in no time and did the work in just over an hour without upselling. The system continues to work efficiently after two weeks, a notable improvement from last year's service.
The installation took just over an hour, which seemed reasonable given the complexity of switching to a smart thermostat, and the technician took time afterwards to explain the new features and settings clearly. Compared to my previous experience with another company where I had to call back for adjustments, this visit felt more thorough and complete.
