We have lived here for 1 year at the beginning before new management took over Amanda was great these new people don't communicate well we let them no when we were leaving which was 1 month in advance they gave us a paper to sign and said bring it back they did not tell us it needed to be in 20 prior to us leaving .now charging a. extra 6 days that we new nothing about .and we are leaving in 3 days and I find a note in my door telling me I owe extra for the months the rent was raised and im now hearing this . Lived here for over a decade. They sold to a new company around September and the new main manager is worthless. She doesn’t know any of Washington states rental rights and ignores people like the plague. They even messed up on their own dates and times for repaving the parking lot causing huge parking issues. The venders were painting the parking lot until 10pm. You will not be happy with the main manager and her lack of presence, accountability and presence. You’re best bet is to go else where. Alderra Townhomes is an outstanding place to live. The management team is excellent — always professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to taking care of residents. I would strongly caution anyone considering living here. Legal notices were not properly sent via mail as required, and the office frequently fails to follow Washington state laws, including not providing proper 48-hour notice before entry for vendors. Maintenance consistently stopped by without following work order instructions (such as calling phone number attached to workorder or scheduling a day, as requested in the work order instructions, as we have a pet), which is unacceptable.
