We’ve really enjoyed living here the past 4 years. Only reason we are leaving is we were able to buy a home, we were completely happy with staying here until that happened. Recently got new owners and while the transition was bumpy, they have definitely improved the cosmetics of the property. Lance and John are a fantastic maintenance crew, never had a problem getting service requests done in a timely manner and being done right. New office crew seems friendly, nothing but good things to say. Thanks Alderra!
Don’t even bother applying here. Applied early June, didn’t get approved which was fine, was told 2 weeks until we get our refund and now we’re mid August. I’ve been calling non stop. Even when I do reach someone in office (usually Joe or Olivia) I am reassured that they are trying to figure out where my refund is and then they never get back to me. I’ve been understanding that they’re having issues with keeping someone in management but 2 months of waiting on my refund?? Like cmon. I have to keep calling and calling and it’... read more
I have lived here for about a year now and the new management switch is a breath of fresh air. Olyvia is so nice and truly cares about this place. I will definitely be renewing!
We have lived here for 1 year at the beginning before new management took over Amanda was great these new people don't communicate well we let them no when we were leaving which was 1 month in advance they gave us a paper to sign and said bring it back they did not tell us it needed to be in 20 prior to us leaving .now charging a. extra 6 days that we new nothing about .and we are leaving in 3 days and I find a note in my door telling me I owe extra for the months the rent was raised and im now hearing this . Lived here for over a decade. They sold to a new company around September and the new main manager is worthless. She doesn’t know any of Washington states rental rights and ignores people like the plague. They even messed up on their own dates and times for repaving the parking lot causing huge parking issues. The venders were painting the parking lot until 10pm. You will not be happy with the main manager and her lack of presence, accountability and presence. You’re best bet is to go else where.
