Dryer was fixed fast
Alderra, from the start, has been fantastic. Taylor answered all of our questions honestly, enthusiastically, and without judgement. My partner did not handle the process of finding or otherwise moving into our old apartment, outside of signing the lease. We effectively are first-time renters who have established rental history. If you don’t mind the broken gates and no cameras and car break ins perfect place for you 6 months in and already car has been broken into and office has no cameras on property but complains about parking over the curb. Definitely breaking lease!
