My first session was 3 days ago and it was better than I ever expected. Immediate relief and VISIBLE change in the way my head and shoulders sat naturally. I have chronic back and neck pain that causes me headaches every day for 8 years. First time in years that I haven’t had to take my daily ibuprofen (Advil) and this is after just one session. He will also decide if this therapy is right for you depending on your symptoms and will tell you if he doesn’t think you will see benefits. Couldn’t recommend him enough!!
Roy is an excellent massage therapist, very knowledgeable with anatomy, and his myofascial techniques are highly effectIve. I am seeking to return to him because I believe he is one of the few who can help relieve my chronic pain. My biggest piece of advice to clients would be to stay consistent with your treatment plan. My only regret is that I did not seek him out more often.
On October 2019 I had a surgery on my right ankle and I had scar tissue that limited my range of motion. I did all kind of stretches but never recover my range of motion. After 75 minutes of massage therapy with Mr Alderman the results are incredible. Great service
I must truly say. If you are looking for a pain Therapist this is the place. Mr. Alderman cares about his patients and he puts time in to listening to your concerns for your health. He was very professional and polite. I left there feeling like a new person. I am looking forward to my next two weeks. Please feel free to check him out. He is located on Cornwallis Dr, Greensboro. Thank you Roy for hurting me so good today! Suffering from chronic migraines and myofacial pain Roy put his all into it and focused on what areas I wanted worked on. He really listens to his clients needs! He was honest with me over the phone he and why I booked on the spot.
