My experience with Alderman was a unique one as I did all communication and sale through texting. I found out my car needed more work than I wanted to spend and Alderman had the car I wanted! Have no reservations about buying a preowned car here. Zach was knowledgeable and low pressure. I was a little disappointed by the trade-in amount, but my old car did need work. Buying a car is rarely pleasant, but Zach put us in a position to make informed decisions.
