We have received care with Alderman and Associates on more than one occasion, for both myself and my child. We referred by a friend who also had a positive experience. Michelle McCord treated us with kindness throughout the process. She was so kind, calmed my nervous child, and we just all really felt understood. Biased. Misleading. Not transparent. Decided to create an entire psychological profile without disclosing up front and also dismissed my input. I’d have rescheduled at a time more indicative of my life instead of a high stress moment they should have suggested that when I told them up front that I was concerned about that.
Did not inform me of full testing they did on my child. Wish I had read reviews before wasting time with them.
