Communication with the HOA management is extremely difficult. I have reported an issue multiple times via phone, email, and even an office visit, but Sage Management has provided no updates or resolutions. Their phone system is fully automated with no way to reach a live person, and follow-up requests are ignored. If you’re considering moving to this community, be aware that getting any response from management is a major challenge.
I have owned my home through Century for a year. Less than a year three weeks ago I contacted them about cracks in the foundation. And no one has reached out to me except once. They closed my request without fixing the issue. I have constantly tried to contact them but no one has responded. I had a year warranty. I’m so disappointed in them.
