Kim was a great hygienist. Very friendly, knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. Dyma the office manager was very friendly as well.
I had such a wonderful day today at Aldergrove dental. Kim my hygienist is probably the best and Dyma was so warm and friendly and welcoming. I am definitely looking forward to my next visit.
I'm grateful for the service I received at this location. It's a very friendly group, the staff provides excellent service, and the treatment is very nice. You'll also find Dyma, an excellent and very kind person, and if language is a difficulty, you can speak in Spanish, which is a benefit for Spanish speakers.
Aldergrove Dental Clinic has genuinely great staff. Everyone there is positive, educational, and never pushy. They appreciate humor, which goes a long way in making you feel comfortable in the chair. They check in regularly during treatment and have no problem pausing to make sure you're okay before continuing. I've never left dissatisfied with the services. This is a really great clinic; the doctors are calm and cheerful. You can ask as many questions as you like—they’re very patient—so if you want to get your teeth checked, this is the place to go.
