The staff are so kind and really take the time to make sure I understand everything. They take the time to answer all of my questions and follow up to make sure everything is going well.
Always a good time coming to Aldergrove. Every staff member I have met is kind and clearly they all love what they do. They clearly have each animals best interest at heart, and it shows as they interact with you and your pet. They take the time to explain what they’re doing as they go, and give ample opportunity to ask questions so you feel secure having your pet in their care.
