Not family friendly. Poor management. There are way better places to rent that are actually clean and safe. The police are always at this location and there is constant flash bangs going off and police drones hovering. Management allows garbage and personal property to be strung everywhere on balconies and on the side of the building. There are several documented complaints from the city of Tigard regarding safety issues and overflowed garbage. We own a small business and lived in the neighborhood roughly 7 years. Over the last few years problems from the apartment complex has escalated. We have had multiple problems with the manager at this location. Recently the manager and three other tenants surrounded my home (over a half a block away from the apartments) because me and my 7 year old daughter were lighting off fireworks on our private property and proceeded to yell profanity and threaten us by stating multiple times "every one of us has guns". Great apartments for the value and a pool.
If you like management that will not return a phone call, sketchy people in-and-out, Weird people at the dead end and trail area entrance and speeding vehicles come and go from this location at high rates of speed, then this is the place for you! Oh and you can't forget the homeless camps in the wooded area!! Good luck.
