We own a small business and lived in the neighborhood roughly 7 years. Over the last few years problems from the apartment complex has escalated. We have had multiple problems with the manager at this location. Recently the manager and three other tenants surrounded my home (over a half a block away from the apartments) because me and my 7 year old daughter were lighting off fireworks on our private property and proceeded to yell profanity and threaten us by stating multiple times "every one of us has guns". If you like management that will not return a phone call, sketchy people in-and-out, Weird people at the dead end and trail area entrance and speeding vehicles come and go from this location at high rates of speed, then this is the place for you! Oh and you can't forget the homeless camps in the wooded area!! Good luck.
