The staff there have no common sense and deeply lack critical thinking and loves to tows visitors who park in the 24 hours visitors parking. Makes zero sense. Be aware.
I have applied to many apartments and nobody has been as helpful as Yesenia. Anytime she needed anything from me she was very polite. You also never have to ask twice if she has gotten something done, it’s done every single time.
It was just gross and there was bugs when to first moved in
Yesenia was very helpful and translated for my friend with no hesitation. Krystal was also so kind to show as an apartment when we walked in
The new staff they have is AMAZING!! They greet you as soon as you walk through the door and are so sweet! For once its nice to go into the office and!! Every maintenance guy I have interacted with has been beyond friendly and they get things fixed as fast as they can. This new staff they have brought in is the best thing they could have done!!
