Trying to lease an apartment and their phone lines never work. Also the reviews are wild! I heard they keep changing their name and have different management constantly
Staff is not friendly
Edit: dirty, garbage everywhere, buildings are falling apart
I thought highly of this place at first but be careful. There’s trash everywhere, police are always here. Nobody cares to keep their community clean. Loud neighbors, disgusting rats. Staff has a revolving door. Cheap rent, but you get what you pay for.
Management fails to take accountability at every level—from the on-site property manager to the corporate office. Concerns are ignored, and there is little to no effort made to properly address serious issues. The building itself is in unacceptable condition, with ongoing problems involving mold, roaches, and rats. These are not minor inconveniences they are serious health and safety concerns that continue to go unresolved.
