Idk why people wanna come on here and bash the staff for doing their jobs smh my cousin has lived there for years and until these new people got in the office this place was a mess. They are actually doing what needs to be done to make it so the Alderhood reputation dies. Thank you Yesenia for helping my brother, you did an amazing job walking him through all the steps and getting him in timely. We have had an awful time with other complex’s but Yesenia was able to follow through on her every word. Again a million times Thank you! They love their new home !!
Don’t recommend living here , if I could leave zero stars I would! Let’s start with all the trash around the apartments , the rats EVERYWHERE. Unprofessional Management , my foot has went thru my floor , the mold is OUTRAGEOUS ( mind you this was shown and never dealt with ) I have small children … I’ve had to wait months to get any work orders fulfilled. They tried to cover up everything and move us into a dirty apartment and nothing works! They do not provide accommodation and tow cars for no reason!!!
The staff there have no common sense and deeply lack critical thinking and loves to tows visitors who park in the 24 hours visitors parking. Makes zero sense. Be aware.
