Absolutely Horrible Experience – Unsafe and Neglected Property I’ve never experienced such poor property management in my life. Shortly after moving in, an old, rusted pipe (which clearly hadn’t been properly maintained) burst and flooded into my unit, completely destroying all of my personal belongings. Since then, the office team has shown zero accountability or urgency. I asked—at the very least—for the soaked carpet and padding to be replaced, and they refused. I would never recommend anyone to live here. I lived here from 2016-2024 and as a single mom MANY nights I'd lay awake concerned for my safety. Residents screaming in the parking lot for extended amounts of time. Cars speeding in and out of the complex with music blaring. Kids running around without any supervision all day long (2years old). One day I found a 3 year old non verbal child wondering around the complex wearing only a diaper when it was 95degrees outside. Police found the parent asleep inside their unit. There we... read more
