The manager had our car towed when it was in a visitor spot, but I am calling around and finding out what we could do ,we can't afford to get it back cause they charge an arm and a leg. So thank you alderbrook manger, gotta LUV the maintenance guy after he got our car towed for no reason (cuz he doesn't like us ) he is trying to steal my bike , I don't understand people

The apartments are currently in poor condition, with a noticeable lack of maintenance. There is litter throughout the property and a significant rodent infestation. This situation is concerning and not conducive to a healthy living environment. As a current resident, I strongly advise against moving here, and I am planning to relocate soon due to the current conditions.
Absolutely Horrible Experience – Unsafe and Neglected Property I’ve never experienced such poor property management in my life. Shortly after moving in, an old, rusted pipe (which clearly hadn’t been properly maintained) burst and flooded into my unit, completely destroying all of my personal belongings. Since then, the office team has shown zero accountability or urgency. I asked—at the very least—for the soaked carpet and padding to be replaced, and they refused. I would never recommend anyone to live here. I lived here from 2016-2024 and as a single mom MANY nights I'd lay awake concerned for my safety. Residents screaming in the parking lot for extended amounts of time. Cars speeding in and out of the complex with music blaring. Kids running around without any supervision all day long (2years old).
