If I knew how to leave a negative star review I would.. Honestly these apartments are the slum of kent Washington.. Almost all the apartments are infested with German roaches, and yes I asked around and it’s not just my building. The trash collection system is definitely not helping either, it’s like we have our own personal landfill that we can dumpster dive in at any given time and absolutely contributes to the pests. I would never recommend anyone to live here. I lived here from 2016-2024 and as a single mom MANY nights I'd lay awake concerned for my safety. Residents screaming in the parking lot for extended amounts of time. Cars speeding in and out of the complex with music blaring. Kids running around without any supervision all day long (2years old). Los apartamentos están en malas condiciones mucha humedad, moho, en el ventilador del baño sale mucha agua y se inunda mi apartamento, las alfombras apestan por la misma humedad y no las quieren cambiar y quieren que compre una seguranza para que puedan remodelar y cambiar los daños que la misma unidad tiene por qué ellos no se hacen responsables.
This is the worst property management I've ever dealt with. My stove has been broken for over a month, and despite coming to the office more than seven times and repeatedly reporting the issue, nothing has been done. The management is completely unresponsive, and they don't seem to care about their tenants' basic needs. I would not recommend living here.
Office staff & management have been amazing. Friendly & worked as quickly as they as they could to get me in. Great experience to start off with.
