Love it Love this property, I have lived here for over 5 years and the management is amazing. They go above and beyond!!
Bed Bugs There are bed bugs all over these apartments. I've lived here a few years. TIP: when you see furniture in the trash - never rent from that apartment. Not only that - they don't care one bit about maintenance issues - unless it's an emergency. You better check out and make sure ALL appliances work before you agree to rent an apartment here.
I just want to point out that it s very strange for Swen , Slog , and Besty to write reviews on the same day and all reply at the same time. Sorry but that just throws a MAJOR red flag for me. I am someone who is honestly looking for a place to live and all your doing is misleading people because the first thing that came to mind was that this MUST be people from the office. NOT good business people.
THIS IS A GR8 PLACE. Too many good things to say about living here. I m living in a nice quiet place with neighbors that can t be beat. I always feel safe and cared for by the kind staff and they always take care of things. Miss Sharon is one of the funniest people I know she always makes me smile. This is a GR8 place to live my roomy one bedroom apartment is just peachy.
This is a real good place to live. I have a small dog and they let me move in with it. There s even a real big lawn out back where I can go and walk it. Theres a washer room right on premises, and a small grocery store next door. The manager is a very nice lady and even took me down to the auto parts store when my car broke. The rent is very reasonable. When I dialed the police for a noisy neighbor their office is only a block away and they came right away. Quality Excellent They really know how to treat residents well at Alderview Apartments. All you have to do is ask. I also really like that they keep undesirables like drug dealers and other criminals out. Being an immigrant, it was very important that I could trust the people where I was living. Alderview met all my requirements. If you like a clean place to live, in beautiful surroundings, close to the town and other services, move here!
The best place I have ever lived. Always helpful and prompt in makeing residents feel at home, kind of like a family.
IDo not rent an apartment here... There is nothing good to be said about this apartment.The first day I moved in I noticed my dishwasher did not work. I told the management about this nothing was done, My AC broke in July told management about this they got around to it 2 days later, hey no big deal it was only 112 degrees outside. Oh yeah I forgot when I moved in my bathroom looked like someone had taken a #\$%\$ all over the walls no joke there was dried #\$%\$ all over the walls. Unsafe, vermin infested and filthy. Stairs are rotting and falling apart.Maintenance is performed by covering up the mold and damage with sheets of plastic board. Door locks are all kicked in and splintered, carpet is worn out, receptacles are loose and filthy. Cockroach infested. Although the carpet may have been professionally cleaned , the pesticides being laid down by the manager and terminix are enough to make your throat close, and the unit stank of cigarette smoke.
