Very expensive monthly lot rentals. Rental prices have gone up from 700/month to 1500/month in just 3 years. Management is trying to pay for "improvements " that none of the senior residents want, such as sports courts and barbecue areas.
Great community to live in. Everyone is so kind and the welcoming!
