Place doesnt up keep the area, trash is always over flowing, 1 small dumpster for over 300+ people, they try to extort money from you every othet month with fake late fee, letter saying pay 40$ because someone isnt authorized to live there when there is no one here but us, and dog poop everywhere. Horrible. The lady that took over is way much worse and horrible to try and work with. I repeatedly call and complain to the housing govt that I am supposed to call but nothing seems to get done. Rent skyrockets on us.

They only return calls when rent is late. Tow cars for no reason. And the quarterly inspection will make you think your still in the military.
