Fast, effective and way cool!
I signed up with them in 2020 .. the initial agreement was 2 years but after the 2 year was up they then told me that I was in a 5 year contract, I asked them to send me a copy of this contract and no one would send me one … the last time I used this equipment was 2021 , I have been paying 58.00 for 5 years … when ADT took over they took 10.00 off of my monthly statement fees .. back in July I lost my credit card that was attached to my auto pay so I received an email stating that I was behind on my payments as I was making ... read more
Clyde was very knowledgeable and patient, especially dealing with me. He took the time to walk me through the steps that it took to bring my system back on line. Now my wife and I can sleep better knowing that our system is working properly.
