My sister has been living here for 3 years and so my boyfriend and I decided to move in a few months ago. It’s honestly a great location and pretty affordable compared to other places. The only complaint I have is that these are old buildings so there’s a lot of maintenance issues that happen. Another thing is, parking is kinda crazy. We also just discovered mice in our kitchen. Not a bad place to live, the apartments are affordable. My biggest complaint is the dryers in the laundry facility almost never work even though the office swears they send people to fix them.
if u want roaches or nosey neighbors this is a place for u do not reccommend bats in the walls roaches nats bat was in our place no response from office or maintence do not waste your time or money
Leaving after one year of living in mold and no insulation. Was told I had to buy all the parts to fix the weather stripping. Highly recommend not living here. Should be $500 a month
