Bad experience with this company. Hired them for my food establishment business where they proceeded to place rodenticide beside open food sources. After identifying this problem to them, they proceeded to keep the stations in place. Not only from the multiple grammar errors on their website, and fake reviews. Any self respecting person would not use their services. Service reports are full of spelling mistakes, rivaling the level of mistakes on their website. Poor grammar, poor practice, and poor skill.
Great service, came exactly in the proposed time frame and explained well clearly. Just finished the treatment will update the results soon. Results: Hafiz was courteous, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything in detail. The treatment was thorough with excellent results. I had a wasp problem, and was given a clear price and heads up that due to location it could possibly take more than one round, which was included in the price given to me. Alder Pest properly explained what I needed to watch for and for how many days. They were right, and I did need a follow up. When I contacted them for it they were quick to find a way to come that very day and treat the area again, true to their word. They were able to provide me a paper copy of my receipt and accepted e-transfer.
Very good experience. Hafiz is Very kind and respectful. He removed the hornet nest from our backyard which caused us issues. He answered all of the questions I had for him. He removed the hornet very quickly and left no other issues. 100% recommend
