Hafiz responded immediately and was able to show up on short notice, in just 2 hours of making the call. Even on a Sunday. Professional, came prepared and was able to safely handle wasp removal. Highly recommend.
Hafiz was very quick and responsive to my call and came by the same day. He immediately got to work. He knew exactly what product and equipment he needed to get the job done efficiently while at the same time explaining what he's doing. He was Professional, knowledgeable, friendly and took care of my Ants problem in under an hour.
We have a wasp nest in a weeping gap in the bricks, underneath the siding. He showed up next day on time as promised and was quick and professional. We have a follow up appointment scheduled to ensure the wasps are gone. Appreciate his confidence and the price is great. Would recommend for any services.
Alder Pest control gave excellent service - great communication, able to explain things well and quick service. Will use them again for sure!
The service was terrific! We called and he was at our place in 30 minutes. He was great with my kid too! He explained what he was doing, and was very thorough. We could see the results immediately, with the wasp activity decreasing quickly and gone within a few days. We have used this company in the past, for carpenter ants, and never had them come back in 4 years.
