Why couldn't I just walk back there? Great place for Pets I left my dog there for a week and he came back home normal and happy. The staff is very friendly and caring about taking care of my pet, and I am grateful for that! During Christmas time it gets really busy so make sure to reserve a spot a head of time!
Great Place We have left our three dogs here multiple times and they love it and come back happy and tired. The last time they stayed at Alder Creek one of our dogs had a tooth emergency that was unexpected. The staff spotted that something was up, called us (we were out of state and unable to get back for a couple of days), and then worked with our vet to make sure that everything turned out o.k. They drove to the vets for medicine and gave a lot of comfort and support to our dog until we were able to get back. I could not ... read more
Excellent Accomodations I have boarded my 2 cats and a very furry, high energy, young great pyrenees there several times. My pup comes home smelling clean and hair soft and shiny, she absolutely loves it there and even ran away and turned up at their door step- it's her vacation home! The caretakers are flexible, helpful and willing to accommodate special dietary/ activity needs and I highly recommend requesting extra play time and grooming if your dog requires it- it's a lot cheaper than Petsmart's salon! Always great service We have been taking our two dogs and our cat to Alder Creek Pet Lodge for 2 years now. We have never had any complaints and have always been greeted with a smile and friendliness. Our cat was old and would deficate outside of her box (and meow A LOT) and the staff never mentioned any annoyance or problem from this (I loved her and I hated cleaning it up:)!).
