Great location, wonderful staff that go above and beyond to make it a wonderful place to live, despite there are a few Karens that you will live rent free in their head, but hey that's anyplace you go nowadays. I give NO STARS!! I have a brain injury, along with whole body arthritis!! I am Federally Legally classed as DISABLED!! Immune system dysfunction " Thyroid ". Chronic stresses my entire life!! No empathy, no kindness, no help, no understanding from NWOHA NOR ALDERCOURT!! Even with my proofs!! People's that lie about me and ALDERCOURT believes those people's, is pretty pathetic!! Way over priced
I guess my review will be the light at the end of the tunnel. Management here is nice to me. Apartments are cute and very safe for my children and I. Neighbors have welcomed me so far. I haven't had any issues with maintenance. I'm new to the neighborhood and glad to be here, so close to the coastline. Only thing is. ITS 🥶 COLD burrrrrrrrr! Cute little neighborhood 😍
