Way over priced
I guess my review will be the light at the end of the tunnel. Management here is nice to me. Apartments are cute and very safe for my children and I. Neighbors have welcomed me so far. I haven't had any issues with maintenance. I'm new to the neighborhood and glad to be here, so close to the coastline. Only thing is. ITS 🥶 COLD burrrrrrrrr! Cute little neighborhood 😍
Management is a joke, will not do a thing about people stomping all hours of the night, keeping a infant from sleeping and other households from sleeping.
Management companies are terrible. The management is incompetent and they're always throwing their weight around. They took away the community room from the tenants during COVID and have not given it back to the tenants...........
