I was assured on the phone that a biometric form for my employer would be able to be filled out and billed as it instructed. This office mis-coded it as a diagnostic test and extended costs to me that exceeded the insurance discount I got for having them fill out the form in the first place. Great staff and great doctors. They take the time you need and listen to you with full concentration. They are very responsive and do well with communication as well. Highly recommend

Evergreen became our family's health care provider the day our son was born. We had already requested a doctor from Evergreen tend to our son the day he was born due to some of his medical complications. However, Dr. Daugherty wasn't available and sent Dr. Michael Johnson in his place. We were not only NOT disappointed, we requested the Dr. Johnson be our PCP from that day forward. I've been a client of Evergreen/Alder Brook for 20+ years with Dr. Dougherty being my primary MD. He is a terrific, caring and very knowledgable doctor and I've been very happy with their services. I have never had an issue getting in on short notice when needed, they are very accommodating. I definitely recommend this practice.
