We cannot recommend the Meritage community in Redlands. Poor construction and attention to detail. Moreover, the property management company is unresponsive. The anecdote that best describes our experience is that we took possession of our brand new, all-electric home only to find a "loaner" dryer since, evidently, the builder had erroneously ordered a GAS dryer for our all-electric, energy efficient home.
