Horrible onsite manager ETC...... The manager does not speak English her Spanish is unprofessional NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS RUDE , Never in the office, When in the office always gossiping with other tents ALWAYS CAUSING CONFLICT, apartments look great from the outside but are disiving VERY small ANY repair are just minimal infested with roaches and spider RENT GOES UP EVERY YEAR, DO NOT RENT (main office won't resolve no issues ignore them. avoid renting here Very dissappointed.
Diss honest management I applied months ago I turned in all paperwork that the new manager had requested went out of my way to follow up with her manager said she had a unit ready when I presented her with all the paperwork she then proceeded to tell me that she had to still run my credit when I asked what she was looking for on the credit she basically mention all she was looking for was any evictions which I knew I never had any when she ran my credit she noticed that I had an outstanding credit card bill she notified me r... read more
great for families singles be warned This was my first apartment and honestly I could have done better. 3 stars given because the price isn't too bad for the location. $800 a month pet friendly and walking distance from kaiser hospital and tons of shopping is what sold me. The apartment is nice sized the rooms and kitchen are very spacious. The new manager is doing tons of maintenance (much needed as the previous manager really lacked in that department).
