I wouldn’t conduct business with this company. When I first moved in the grass was overgrown, they said they service the lawn the first time then it would be my responsibility and that didn’t happen. Secondly, when I needed work orders completed, it would take more than a week. The maintenance guy didn’t really fix the issue just painted over it. We just moved in a week ago and it’s been a very good experience thus far. I submitted a maintenance request and received a prompt response within 24 hours (despite it being a low priority), and I was met today by one of their techs, AJ. AJ was by far one of the most personable and knowledgeable techs that I’ve had the pleasure to work with from a rental company. He fixed our issue in a timely manner and also went above and beyond to check our AC, water heater, electrical panel, and house exterior to make sure we don’t have ... read more
Great experience all around! Everything was smooth, communication was solid, staff is wonderful and things were handled when needed. Would recommend!
I would not recommend using this company at all for Property Management. The manager of this company is very rude and dismissive. *Edited* Alyssa you just proved my point! You are incompetent and have the organizational skills of a 3 year old lol I have a property that is next to a property that they poorly manage. Reading the other reviews I can see this is a common thing with them. Maintenance team is just as bad.
