You can return your home in perfect condition and even pay to get it professionally cleaned for them so it’s ready for the next tenant & they will still make up false charges to scam you out of some money. Amazing tenants get treated like crap from scamming landlords and it’s a shame. I have used reputable landlord companies in the past and they have always given my full deposit back because we take amazing care of our things. I would keep looking for a more honest company! Terrible service, trashy management…
This company is terrible. I own a house next to a house they managed. I have spent 3 months calling, emailing and texting them about all the issues we are having with the new tenants. To start, when this people started renting next to us, they parked in my driveway, and other times they blocked my driveway so I couldn’t move my car. I contacted this company and asked them if they could get with their tenants and asked them if the could please stop using my driveway. Dam... They ready to take you for all you got. Bad service, Crappy Roach infected places. Houses in sister saw had foundation problems & water stain leaks. Look elsewhere
