I would like to recognize AJ for my maintenance request done in a timely manner, very communicative and respectful.
If u can get in somewhere else it would be great these people over charge for everything and they hate their residents they don’t even want u calling the office lets put that way they charge for that too payments don’t go through so they can charge extra and u can’t pay in the office they charge for that too. Maintenance is terrible run run from this community.
The company is terrible and would never rent from them. They will still make up false charges to scam you out of some money. Make a million excuses. This is my second complaint on this company as a whole the company is absolutely terrible to work with the agents are RUDE they never call and follow up as they claim when I originally made a complaint and they harrass you
If you are looking for a company that operates from a place of integrity this company would not be it. I am Former applicant who got approved and had to take them to court for not returning my deposit when I discovered I did not want to do business. I have documents proving that I won the judgement, and this company still failed to reconcile and return my hard earned money. When has it ever been OK to draw up leases threatening to take legal action if tenants fail to comply with the lease and this company scams on the daily?... read more
