Alex made the process so easy! Everything from getting a quote, the organising before the day, and everything on the day of moving - nothing was an issue! I had enquired with 4 different companies but Alex was the only one to actually read the quote request and give a proper quote. He was great with communication - which was especially impressive as we organised everything from overseas in a different time zone. Alex and his team helped us through an incredibly difficult move, and I honestly couldn’t recommend them more highly. Everything had to go up multiple flights of stairs and then up a steep driveway to reach the truck including a very heavy fridge that went up three storeys. On top of that, we had a huge amount of stuff, and Alex had to get creative with packing to make it all fit safely and efficiently. Alex and his co worker from the start were so professional with the entire removal. Everything was wrapped and packed with care which was complete peace of mind. Nothing was damaged when unpacking all our 50+ boxes and furniture and appliances, we couldn't recommend them enough. Very reliable, trustworthy, fast and professional team.
