I have been living in an Alden Pond Townhouse for several years now and have been pleased with the services offered. Whenever I had a problem with an appliance, a handyman was always dispatched to repair or replace it. Employees in the office have always answered any questions or concerns.
I have lived at Alden Pond Townhomes for 10 years. I am impressed with their maintenance team. They are polite and knowledgeable. Also the office staff is amazing. They always answer the phone with a smile. Any questions are answered with a prompt response. This is a hidden gem in Eagan. The neighborhood is beautiful,,,nestled by the park and green space. It's also close to shopping and great restaurants.
I still live here and if I could give zero stars I would. I dislike this place so much. These townhouses are not luxury, everything was dirty when I moved in I had to clean everything myself, the shower and toilet upstairs were filthy. The stove and oven were on terrible conditions. After cleaning I thought I could make it work nope, the dryer since I moved in 4 months ago hasn’t worked and they’ve supposedly fixed it and it keeps breaking down. We literally have go to a laundromat every weekend which we shouldn’t have to do... read more
The actual location and homes are ok. It's a quiet area close to shopping. However, the management is incredibly unresponsive and incompetent. It would take MONTHS for a simple repair (fixing a lock or getting a plate for the microwave) and they would let themselves into my home when I was not there with no notice and would leave it unlocked. If you move in here, I recommend keeping a record of all conversations you have with staff and keep copies of every piece of paperwork you submit as they will inevitably lose it.
I lived there for close to 10 years, and loved it...granted my starting rent was $750 for a 2 bedroom in probably 1992 or 1993, when I moved out it was $1100 or so. I still drive through the place. Can't beat it in the summer. They do all the work .. fun place to live.
