I lived there for close to 10 years, and loved it...granted my starting rent was $750 for a 2 bedroom in probably 1992 or 1993, when I moved out it was $1100 or so. I still drive through the place. Can't beat it in the summer. They do all the work .. fun place to live.

This is the worst place imaginable. Our unit constantly has appliances that frequently break with little help from management. Management takes a very long time to come in and help, and when they do come, they do a subpar job. They’re unwilling to accommodate and help you even after numerous complaints and calls. Our neighbors are also extremely loud constantly playing music that rumbles our walls. For the “luxury price” it is not luxury quality. Everything constantly breaks because it’s old and when you ask for them to help they will take forever to repair or be rude but when you first tour they will be so nice. The same lady (Michelle) who showed us the place also tried denying me a key to my own place while it was mid hot summer and I had a toddler and a puppy with me outside!
