I love living here. The staff are amazing. Every maintenance issue has been handled promptly, efficiently, and with outstanding courtesy! The property is beautifully manicured and neat. The neighbors are are equally as friendly. It's like a family here.
The maintenance crew here is phenomenal! Shout out to Ricardo and Justin for clearly caring about the quality of life of the tenants and providing maintenance help ASAP, regardless of how hectic their day has been.
I lived here for 10 years and I love it; great location, love layout of the town houses Maintenance and office staff are so nice and they know how to do their job but the manager Melanie is the best she is so helpful and take care of all matter so fast a professional
UPDATED to 4 stars..... Alden Pond has now reached out and repaired the situation in regards to tenant issues with apartment and responsibilities of former roommate and the person that moved in. So, with time and another in person visit with the correct individual it is resolved. IT IS A good neighborhood to reside in. She had a several month wait on her dryer repair while living there (parts issue). Now struggling to work through issues with rental agency and tenants rights. I'm always impressed with the management here. They work with clients and respond to needs for maintenance and answer questions with kindness. Maintenance does such a great job keeping the grounds and buildings updated and looking great! It feels like a community. And we can’t forget about the cookies! My kids get off the bus and get one every day after school.
