Great place to live. Lots of things to do and people are very welcoming. It is NOT an assisted living facility and should not be in the description. It is a residential, independent living, over 55 active community.
Just closed on our new home and couldn't be happier. The entire process was wonderful and we are grateful for the expert guidance we got from Bill and Liz. And Chase was incredibly responsive during construction. We look forward to being part of the community!
It is indeed a very active community, with lots of interesting, worthwhile activities going on, all organized by our neighbors here.
It is a 55+ community and has no care facilities at all.
I recently was traveling by Alden Place. My dog became ill in the car. I turned into the North Gate development to get my dog out of the car and clean up. Immediately a resident told us that this is a private development and we could not be there. This rudeness was extremely upsetting, particularly under the circumstances. The attitude of this resident gives the entire development at bad name. I am writing this to encourage people to be compassionate to others and not to immediately jump to conclusions.
