I've been living here for over an year, and so far it's been great. All my visitors are impressed when they walk in to the apartment. It's in a central location with lots of restaurants and major stores nearby - many within a 10 minute walk. Everything in the complex is new, hence clean. The apartments are very spacious, and there's plenty of parking close to the entrance of each building. So far there has been nothing about the complex that would make me consider moving elsewhere. I have just recently moved to Paddock Club but have lived in other Village Green properties as well as properties owned by other companies I won't live in a property not owned by Village Green ever again. Village Green is concerned about the property but also you as a person. The maintenance teams are the best and will do whatever it takes to make your issue correct. lived here not even one month yet. toilet issues, never answer the phone. never return my calls. i would like new carpet, i ask over and over if someone would come and look...still waiting. not a happy camper.
I am not happy with Lakeside at all! We have lived here almost 3 years. The first two were amazing! Great staff, great rates for our rent, but then they all left. We just got put under new management. They advertise like this is a good thing! it not. trust me. We have had an issue with our apartment for months we go to the office about it and they say "we will put in a work order" 2 weeks go by and it still isn't fixed, we go back "we will put in a work order" over it. The 5 Star reviews on here on obviously from the staff and the owners of this establishment. Cause it is nowhere that great. In fact every time I see someone prospecting these apartments I want to go up to them and tell them to run. Please please for your sake don't. I was told that I couldn't see my apartment that I was to move into because the person was still living there. Which was untrue. I have lived here for a year and all the reviews are true. Roaches, unfriendly and rude management, overflowing garbage and now guests have to pay for parking. Triton Corporation is a slumlord!
This place is not worth it the property manager is a joke. She's two faced to you she doesn't care about fixing anything she doesn't take care of anything unless it's an emergency it's not worth the outrageous rent and hidden fees
price is not even good any more. You pay $1100 for 3 br in Kentucky! For a place that with hot tub but only available for summer, a place with terrible management. A place that may be a district 9 housing. At least from what I saw, MANY people lived there sure don't look like someone that can afford $900/month for housing. Oh by the way, there are some apts have like more than 10 teenagers get together all the time, with a lot of smoke coming out...You can kinda imagine what that is...
