2 For Dr. Frank does good work. I was a senior patient for 2 years. Happen stance 2 visits a lot money and emergencies. I take care of my teeth diligently as the Dr. noted. Was about to finally schedule my cleaning and I had neck surgery. Emergency also. Then I get a letter in the mail they longer accept my insurance which a lot of seniors have. United Concordia. Really Disappointed with the letter I got in the mail. They no longer take my insurance which most seniors are on. Highmark United Concordia. Thanks for servicing seniors in your area! Really liked the DR's and staff! 30 seconds down the road for me. Their answer when I asked why? That with all the patients and insurance only pays part of the bill every 6 months. So what! Let the patient make that choice. I did not complain. Thanks I thought I finally met so nice people in town. Guess not!
