Horrible service. Rented a storage unit for several months. When I wanted to cancel I was told to write a letter when all my things would be out. In May of 2024 wrote the letter stating my things would be out by May 31, 2024. June 1, 2024 the automatic payment was taken out of my account. Called several different people, each stating they would call someone to get my money back by mail. I received my deposit but not my June payment that was taken out with out my consent.
