Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Did this provider use excessive foul language? No Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? No, they didn't cancel on me last minute

Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? Absolutely not! I was seen right away! Did the chiropractor offer on-site X-Rays? Yes, I didn't have to drive anywhere! Did this chiropractor pay attention to your problem area? Yes, they really focused on it

Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient. Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen! Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable.
