I lived in the Chateau Apts for two years and LOVED it …. I honestly miss living there . Wendy is one of the best people you’ll ever have the pleasure of working with . Also I loved about two years ago and a package of mine just got shipped to the old address … I let them know and RC went and picked up the package for me so I could come grab it from the office . This was a great company to live under
Updated March 2025: Unhoused people very high on drugs with pit bulls propping the front doors open with trash cans, and roaming the building... 1st floor smells like cigarettes and people smoking crack and meth. Update Feb. 2023: 930 Sherman has NO HEAT for 10+ days this month, no report on when heat will be restored, expect tenants to pay for electric heat via tiny space heater in the meantime... Alden Brown is one of the best leasing companies I’ve worked with in Denver. They’re very pleasant to deal with, very responsive and just nice people ! The person we work with, Wendy, was just great. The building is always clean and hallways/common areas are in great condition. Would absolutely live in a building managed by them again in the future.
I loved living at an Alden Brown & Co. property for the past two years! I was always treated with respect by the management team and maintenance team. Both teams were very communicative and treated all my concerns seriously. I prefer living in older buildings without all the unnecessary amenities and that's what I got at Alden Brown & Co. This management company’s portfolio is exclusively older buildings so experiences likely vary based on the building. I’ve had a great experience in my building. A few simple maintenance requests that were completed in a day or two. The elevator had an issue that was resolved within a week. I lived in “luxury” apartment buildings prior and am having a much better experience here. The walls are more sound proof, the layout is great, Neighbors are all chill, and the price is reasonable.
