Alden Animal Hospital are very caring and compassionate when it comes to the animals but for the pet owners as well. I took my cat Sweetcakes to another clinic and they tried to charge me double of what Alden did. I told the other place how I been sick with cancer and been battling covid and can provide all paperwork and they had no compassion or empathy whatsoever and wanted all the money up front and weren't trying to work with on the bill. The staff is doing an amazing job, per usual, but I have to thank them for going above & beyond the call of duty today May the 1st, staying open so we can take care of our pets. They had my cat, Her Grace, Kiki, the first of her name, slayer of birds & vermin, & Queen of the North, in & out in minutes. Kiki is cousins with Ser Pounce. She’s royalty so of course they gave her the VIA (VERY IMPORTANT ANIMAL) treatment & she was done in fewer than 10 minutes. I am so upset at what just happened! I have been bringing all of my animals here for years! I will never come back. Bring my cat in for a urinary infection, she has to stay there all day, 2/3 days after she comes home she gets a upper respiratory infection and I am charged for her treatment!!! She 100% got sick from being there!! Way to go during this time!
They have taken very good care of my baby girl and Koko seems to like them very much..
We took my twenty pound Jack Russell in for a tore ACL... they sent him home with 100 mg of Trazodone. I'm a 140 pound woman on 50 mgs and it makes me feel frazzled and on edge. Also, my Dad is 210, 6'0" and he's also on fifty mgs. It is absolutely irresponsible to put a tiny dog on so much medication, especially when he went in there for a completely different issue. Needless to say we tried cutting the pills in half then eventually stopped giving them to him because it was NOT the right medication for him.
Dr Wilson is the best and his staff are fantastic.
Dr. Wilson and his staff are wonderful caring people who have always been there for me and my pets. Even one who had not been their patient to begin with
