We've lived here for almost five years now. The staff are fantastic, they're always on top of keeping everything look nice, every maintenance required in our apartments have always received the utmost attention. The only issues we've had have nothing to do with management, but the goobers that have moved in. It seems everyone likes big dogs, NO ONE cleans after them. The apartment was almost just the size we needed. We had to store a lot of things but we moved from a 3 bedroom house with a garage to a 2 bedroom apartment. We rent 2 on site storage units as well for $20 a month each. They have garages you can rent for $100 a month but none are ever available it seems. The kitchen is very small but we have all brand new appliances. We could live with a but bigger of a dining area as well and a bathroom bigger than a cracker jack box. Last bad thing this new management is doing, that are overcharging on utilities, this people just don't care about residents, all they care is about money, I think they are not paying anything for the utilities they are using like water for maintenance and overcharge the residents, I won't recommend anyone to move here, unless you don't mind to pay near to $100 for water sewer and garbage on top of your rent, they are overpricing the apartments as well, and all units even 3 bedrooms have only one bathroom, they should price ... read more
