This company contacted me with an offer to purchase my land in Placer County. They promised me that if I signed the purchase agreement enclosed they would send me a cash payment for the total offered price. After signing the agreement they did not fulfill their promise and only offered “ The price at which we could purchase the property would be much lower“. I believe that this company acted in bad faith and needed to be reported.
This place mailed to me an offer to buy one of my properties, but out of ignorance and or arrogance forgot a couple numbers in their offer letter, and was about 200K less than what the house is worth at current market. Very insulting and poor business ethics. Wonder how this guy would feel if I low balled an offer to one of his personal belongings. Would never do business with these people.
They offered to buy my house thru a blanket mailing. They did not know iam leasing the property and they offered me about $100,000 less than I would take for it. I myself would not do business with this company.
