I bought an item from Aldea's online store. When it didn't ship in 3 business days, I emailed them. Got no response. Finally, I called them, and they told me they didn't have that item in stock and would refund me in 3-5 business days. Either update your store's catalog with in-stock products, or cancel the order right away. Don't make me contact your store to get my money back.
I shop here regularly for my kids and for gifts. They selection is spot on from strollers, car seats, toys, to accessories. The staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. Very grateful to have this store locally.
Do not shop here unless you want to test your patience and memory. I had to constantly follow up with my order. After receiving majority of my order, there was one item that still has not shipped after about 2 months of placing the order. After constant follow up, they blamed it on the vendor and tariffs but yet they still have the item on their website for purchase.
