Make sure to go through your lease and read everything. We didn't give them a 60-day notice that we weren't going to renew our lease. Now we owe an additional 2300.
Love here and love it. Great amenities like heated pool in the winter and staff is always friendly.
Best thing I did was MOVED out of here. I could list over 7 legal reasons why I had to break my lease and leave but all I can tell the public is: Don't waste your time, money or energy to be disappointmented. Keep searching for a better property firm who can be assist you in a professional manner & respect you as a resident & educated of your legal rights as a renting tenant.

Love my apartment. Both Tracy & Monica are amazing people! I also have new carpet. I'm impressed!
