I have no idea how an excellent group of physicians and doctor have a nasty, unprofessional and des respectful front desc team. Jessica have no respect for patients. I have 2 encounters with her and every time is worst. The front desc team is the first and last impression that the patient have. Office manager and the owner should pay attention to this important situation. Your employees can help you to keep your business running well and represent the morals and values of the owner and follow them or can ruin your business.
If I could give this office one star I would. The office staff is terrible. They don’t answer the phone, they don’t call you back, you have to go to the office to get anyone to even remotely answer any questions, you play phone tag and chase just trying to get the office staff to send THE CORRECT referral to THE CORRECT Dr.!
