7/22/26: Jenna is the best thing since Mildred. And PA Chelsea...I think I dont mind seeing her when Dr. Adjei is not available. BEWARE. They will make mistakes and your life could depend upon it. They will twist things and call you hostile when they are in the wrong. Report their mis-steps, you could save a life.
I have no idea how an excellent group of physicians and doctor have a nasty, unprofessional and des respectful front desc team. Jessica have no respect for patients. I have 2 encounters with her and every time is worst. The front desc team is the first and last impression that the patient have. Office manager and the owner should pay attention to this important situation. Your employees can help you to keep your business running well and represent the morals and values of the owner and follow them or can ruin your business.
