I wouldn't even give one star honestly! I paid for LifeProof flooring with a guarantee. Before it was even a year old. I was having issues! I paid over 4000 for these floors! I have tried on multiple occasions to get him to honor his guarantee and he will say he's coming and then no show! He has now quit responding at all. And we are constantly finding other issues we did not notice at first. This floor is only 1 yr old!!

Heads up! We recently had carpet stretched in 1 room by Ald Flooring in just a few places at a cost of $250. He was paid per check as he requested and he cashed it that day. We were told to contact him if we noticed a problem. We did the next day and made contact with him to return. He said he would but since that time we have made 5 contacts at different times and each time he said he would be here and was a no show! I dealt directly with Jason the owner the business. He is great at making excuses and not following through on anything. He didn't show for our first meeting because he got stuck in traffic. He didn't bother to call. We rescheduled the following day, and he said his sitter was running late. He finally showed up 40 minutes late. I told him we wanted hardwood installed.
